About Discover Wauwatosa

ART 64 is hosted by Discover Wauwatosa. Wauwatosa is located immediately west of Milwaukee, and is a part of the Milwaukee metropolitan area. It is named after the Potawatomi Chief Wauwataesie and the Potawatomi word for firefly.

Also affectionally called Tosa, this city in Milwaukee County has a lot to offer. The great thing about Wauwatosa is that there is always a great deal going on. ART 64 isn’t Wauwatosa’s first or only exploration of art.

Check out the Magic Murals while you’re in town, an eight-part mural art installation that can be seen along the North Avenue corridor in the North Mural Arts District, also known as “NoMAD.”
